  I have been a loyal customer for over 20 yrs and pay my bills on time. I have been on automatic delivery for at least the past 10 years
  So yesterday my hot water stops working. I think I need a new hot water heater and than my heat stops working. I go outside and check the tank and it is completely empty. I call and because of state of emergency they can’t deliver. Great job. They still haven’t delivered any today. Now they are stating we would call for a delivery. I haven’t called for a delivery in over ten years. No apology just excuses.

  Customer service is beyond bad. The company sent me a note in August 2016 saying that my tanks would need to be moved because they were placed near our AC unit. After calling to understand why the tanks needed to be moved, I sent back a countersigned proposal to move the tanks the next month (Sept 2016), and got a permit from the town to for the construction. No response from the company. I sent at least 4 follow up emails, plus left repeated voicemails. Finally, 6 months later (March 2017), I talk to the general manager, who profusely apologizes for the unresponsiveness. I get a call from the customer service rep the next day, who says he needs to coordinate with the technical people to coordinate the move, and who promises to call back with the details. No further response. Twelve months later, I am out of completely propane: I can't use my stove, my grill, and or heat the half of my house that uses propane. The delivery guy stopped making deliveries at some point over the winter of 2017-2018 because the tanks were never moved. No one from Eastern calls to tell me that they won't be making deliveries, I literally find out when the tanks are empty. And, as a reminder, the tanks haven't been moved because no one from Eastern will return calls. Unbelievable.
