  WOW, Vlad Koulikov is a phenominal instructor who has a gift for making learning grappling fun and easy. The facility is extremely clean and welcoming to toddlers, children and adults. Having trained in different martial arts, it is important to keep learning fresh and fun. Vlad has accomplished that while teaching a combination of very effective martial arts that he has extensive experience in and a proven track record. It has been a pleasure to watch my two young children enjoy this martial art as much as their father. It is comforting in knowing if a situation arises they can handle it. If you are thinking about self defense for your children, yourself, or just getting into great shape, Vlad and his coaches are more than willing to assist you in achieving your goals.

  Master Koulikov is quite a talented individual. His Sambo skills and ability to transfer knowledge are exemplary. Whenever looking to invest my time or money, I always err on the side of quality; Having Been a martial arts instructor I always recommend, to anyone asking, they go with the art and instructor that makes them feel the best upon meeting them. Master Koulikov will make you feel accepted and will impart his great knowledge of the martial arts to all who are willing and eager to learn. Highly recommended instructor!
