  When we were house hunting, my fiancée and I began to avoid houses listed by Mark Werner.
  
  He never maintained them, and they were in sorry shape.
  
  There were un-shoveled driveways, un-mowed lawns, one smelled strongly of mold, etc.
  There was a house down the road from the one we bought that had a boat in the driveway that was so overgrown by vines, you'd need a machete to get it out. (Not an exaggeration.)
  
  Oh, And He Writes Listings Like This. It Makes Them Easy To Spot And Avoid. This Became An Ongoing Joke Between Me And My Fiancée (Now Wife).
